This case takes us into the life of Dr. Grimes, a small-town dentist whose office became the stage for decades of paranormal activity. On the surface, it’s just another building with old bones and older secrets. But as Amy and Megan discover, there’s so much more hiding in the shadows: a grieving spirit, a tragic family history, and an abusive father whose darkness left a mark that lingers to this day.

Central to this story is Lavina Wall, a woman whose tragic death and broken family ties ripple through the building like a cold draft. The energy of grief is thick in this case — from the sorrowful child spirit wandering the stairwell, to the heavy presence of trauma that Steve uncovers in his investigation.

Of course, this wouldn’t be TAC if we didn’t balance the heavy with the absurd. Because while this haunting is soaked in sadness, it also gives us one of the weirdest and most unforgettable details yet: a haunted teddy bear with a “Try Me” button. (Would you press it? We wouldn’t.)
And then there’s the infamous Turd in the Car story — a darkly funny, jaw-dropping side note you’ll just have to hear in the episode. Trust us, you’ll never look at car upholstery the same way again.
